I thought this was something my kids were downloading, games or music. It turns out that no one in the family ever authorized this company to use my credit card for anything. I have no idea who they are or what they do. It was several months before I figured out that this company is running a scam. I reported it as fraud to my credit card and I am not responsible for the charges. Stay away, far away from these people.
