I applied for several different loans on line in the last 3 days. To help cover a small overdraft fee from my checking acct, wich is connected to my savings, my attempt was to get the loan, ACH deposit, to cover my-$29.34 fee, then transfer the remaing balance saftly into savings. On 10-27 this company withdrew 3 different amounts out of my checking mind you penny amounts of (. 3)... (. 1)... (. 1) without my knowledge. Today 10-28-11. My acct is -$134.00 a $35.00 overdraft fee for each withdrawl which is weird that the total of. 5 cents was deposited back. So now im disputing with bank, BofA to get the charges off.
