I had an appointment from 8-12 noon on sunday, the geek squad didnt show up, when i called customer service they told me they were overbooked. No one called to inform me they wouldnt show up. Customer service said someone would be at between 3-4, no one came out. A tech called at 5pm, to reschedule the service. I told them to not bother i am going to cancel the sevice as my i didnt want to waste anymore time or effort for a company that doesnt take customer service seriously.
