I had an appointment from 8-12 noon on Sunday, the Geek Squad didn't show up, when I called customer service they told me they were overbooked. No one called to inform me they wouldn't show up. Customer service said someone would be at between 3-4, no one came out. A tech called at 5pm, to reschedule the service. I told them to not bother I am going to cancel the service as my I didn't want to waste anymore time or effort for a company that doesn't take customer service seriously.
