Beware of Philip E Barnard with Barnard Discovery Corporation, his wife Diane and daughter Marlena. He called me to book travel for his family, and told me that he would send me a company check, because the company was paying for it. I waited for his check before issuing the ticket and issued the ticket when the check came, but the check bounced. I have been working on getting the $2100.00 he owes me for months. He keeps giving the excuse that he has $50,000.00 coming to him by wire from a foreign bank. He says that he does not know why it has not gotten to his bank yet. Now he is not answering any phone calls.
