Phillip Barnard, aka Barnard Discovery Corp, is a scam artist preying on friends and acquaintances. He will attempt to befriend you by using common hobbies or interests before talking about business opportunities. He portrays himself as a worldly individual with extreme knowledge of the mineral and gold market. He will eventually offer a short term investment in the gold market arena with a incredible return in three months. The deal is inviting and too good to pass up. Unfortunately, he never invests the money but lives on it until his next victim. It's now been over 4 years and all he does is provide excuses after excuses. We have found out through an investigation that it was all a scam. He has done this for 10 years and now it is catching up to him. Please don't be the next victim!!
