Gold investment money scam - takes your investment funds and lives off it - ponzi/madoff scheme

Barnard Discovery Corporation - fraudulent GOLD investment; funds are not invested but used to pay for his daughter's private school in MD close to the DC area. This person is a theft and lives off any investment funds that you have thought to invest. He even sends you participation agreements that are never fulfilled with missed dates. Total bogus ponzi scheme!
