I orderd a product and cancelled it over a year ago. I am still dealing with random $40-$50 charges over the past year. Generally they do refund but always a few dollars less than they charged and my credit card company has advised that some loop hole allows them to sometimes retain the initial charge, charge a 2nd time and then refund the 2nd time. Because one company has registered under variations of different names, my credit card company, although aware, cannot block them as merchants and so this continues. Even cancellation of credit card cannot stop the charges. I've been adivsed I have to wait until card expiry to be rid of this nasty problem. Any advice or means to end these people would make me very happy. I
