I saw a add on craigslist about $20 Gold coin and he provided a contact number in the add and said he will be shipping through fedex. After series of text messages and after I spoke to him for couple of times on phone, I decided to get one coin. As this is the first time I am dealing like this and he swear to god that he is not a 'cheat or a bum' (still have that line in my saved texts), I trusted him.
On Oct 26th, I made a recharge to NETSPEND VISA card he gave me through moneygram.
I Recharged $400 to his card number# * * * 2019.
He said his name is Steve Bradley and his contact number is (*)-*-2842.
After he said he received the money, he did not get back to me on this. I have called him many times and texted him many times. But there is no answer.
