I ordered Frye boots at what appeared to be a 50% discount. I found the site through Bizrate, so I assumed it was legit. I was so wrong! I didn't receive any e-mail confirmation nor did their 'contact us' link work, so there was no way to get in touch. I did receive the aforementioned 'Hannah Montana' bag worth less than a dollar. I have made a claim through PayPal and if I have an unsatisfactory outcome, I will escalate it as a claim through my credit card. I am in the 'waiting for seller's response phase of the claim, so this story is not yet finished. The moral of the story... If the price looks too good to be true, then it probably is too good to be true. Lesson learned for me!
