I had two weekends scheduled for portraits for a church directory. When we originally signed the contract we were promised there would be no harrassment - no pressure for our people to order portraits. When some of our people did not order photos they were asked if they wanted to give a donation. One couple had just returned from a honeymoon. They had no need of new photos (they had just had tons taken). The photo rep basically tossed their paperwork at them and told them they were through. There are more incidents.
A bigger issue is that our last scheduled weekend was cut short because the photographers would not give us our last two days because the days were not full. This is understandable - but was not addressed until they were ready to pack up and leave. I have asked for another weekend and have been refused. Actually, the rep who had been ever so helpful on the front end began to ignore me. Once they took the photos they were through with us. So, we are getting a half full directory. I would never use this company again, Ever!
