At the end of May I was visiting the PX at the Military Base that my husband is stationed at and there was a gentleman from National Studios there advertising for the company. He offered me a free 10X13 Portrait in return for the $20 sitting fee. I accepted and payed and he gave me a time for a day later in the week.
When I got to the photo shoot, things were very unorganized, and hectic and they were running behind schedule. They did do a decent job on my hair and makeup but that was the only thing that I really enjoyed about this whole experience. After my photos were taken I was given a date and time to be back to the PX to pick them up.
I had a family emergency, and pushed off going home until this date. When I got to the PX to see the portraits and to recieve my free one, the portraits were "missing". I waited until approximately 5pm, at this time the lady called me back and told me that she was not sure that she would be able to get me my portrait but that she knew that i had to get on the road to home. I met her where she was waiting for the portraits and I gave her my name and email address and also my physical address. She told me that when she got back to where she lives she would send me my free portrait and email me my proofs so that I could decide if i wanted any of them, and that I could just let her know. This was on 12 June.. It is now 4 July and I have not recieved my portrait nor the proofs.
This was going to be a present for my deployed husband...
