This company ripped off the members of my church. We had not published a church directory in over 2 years when my church was contacted by a Mr. Jeff Humphrey, a Regional Account Manager for PCA about doing our new directory. Needly to say we were excited. We began our new directory in November. It is now March and the directory has not been completed.
This is mainly due to Mr. Humphrey making promises that he has not kept. THere are still families with our church who wishes to have the pictures made for the directory. If you order portraits from this company you are asked to pay up front. Some members have yet to receive pictures that they have paid for. Rip off
