Avery took beautiful photos of our family. We paid her $475 four years ago. She never gave us our prints. Or Laramie Or Arlington Or Wherever She Has Moved To Now. Or Texas or Wherever she has moved to now. Nationwide

I paid Avery $475 to take photos of my family. She took BEAUTIFUL photos and, 4 years later, she still has not given us the prints!

Avery gave us a dvd of the proofs (not copy-able) to choose the ones we wanted. Also she sent us HALF of the proofs (tiny squares printed on paper) with the corresponding numbers so we could order. I e-mailed her repeatedly asking her to send me the rest of the proof numbers and she never did. I finally just chose the photos from the half of the proofs I had because she wouldn't send me the rest. I sent the order to her over and over. Sometimes she would answer my e-mails and sometimes ignore them. This all began FOUR YEARS AGO.

She never sent the photos, so about a year ago, when I asked her if she had stolen my money, she gave me a speech about how it would be silly to have a bunch of OLD photos and why would I want a bunch of OLD photos? Clearly she had LOST the pictures and she said she would drive three hours to retake the photos since she had since moved to another town. She retook the photos and she e-mailed me a link to view the proofs online (not copy-able)- again, absolutely beautiful photos.

I chose the photos I wanted, then she told me the photo book I wanted was no longer available. I had to re-choose all of the photos because they would have to be in a different format. I sent her the order and she ignored it several times. When I asked if she had received it, she claimed she never got it (lost again?) Finally, she said she did recieve it and that she would send me a dvd of the proofs and my photos would follow 2 weeks later. That was months ago and I never received the photos!

I have been extremely patient and sent message after message with her returning many promises. Now her website has been disabled and she will not answer my e-mails. She will likely re-open her photography business somewhere else (as this has been her pattern) and rip some more people off.

I will gladly enter a rebuttal to my complaint if Avery ever gives me my photos or my money back... As I have told her on numerous occasions, that is all I want out of this... Fairness and the product she promised me and never delivered.
