I had an email acct. Under my now deceased sister's name, but signed the receipt, gave the tech MY phone number to set up the account-even made payments! Yes, my name, my phone #, my money was good enough to SETUP this acct., but now they say I am NOT authorized on the acct.-mine was the only email address on the acct! THE ONLY signature! My phone#! My money! Yet, because she had the misfortune of getting Breast Cancer, the misfortune of having an unscrupulous oncologist using chemo-which is PROVEN NOT TO HELP BREAST CANCER ONE BIT (Ladies with same misfortune—look it up! Do not blindly let someone kill you off with your blessings simply because they wear a white coat—there are REAL alternatives!), and I mistakingly? Thought being authorized to set the whole thing up with MY phone#, at MY address, with MY signature meant I MUST be authorized on the account-the email CS Rep nearly gave me a heart attack! -VERY Important emails with auhorization codes to access many thou$and$ are in there. Yet while my PC was down, they took away my access-STOLE MY PASSWORD to MY email. Does Yahoo do this? Google/GMail? Microsoft/Hotmail? There were no warnings this might happen in their Ts&Cs (Yes, I actually read them). This is downright theft. Here is a copy of the "Chat" with the CS Agent of these thieves-if space allows:

Robert: I should be Authorized user. They set it up with me-even used MY phone number for setup..

Robert: when they hooked it up, NONE of that info was used—as I said, the tech put it under MY PHONE NUMBER. I signed for it. PERIOD.

Robert: But I WILL settle for ten thou from YOU personally, then $10k from Comcast, if I must..
