Tried to purchase a SUV that they listed on internet website. Went to dealer they tried to sell us a SUV that was on their lot which was a piece of crap. They falsely advertise 5000 cars on their website but only OWN 5% of them.
Tried BAIT AND SWITCH but we knew better. Lied to us through out the sales process and made false claims about the pre-approval car loan we had come into the dealership with.
Cris Boozer internet sales person and Rick Cobb internet sales mgr very dishonest and it was so blantant they were trying to scam us.
