Are consumers aware that The Brick 's computer system will "substitute" an advertised refrigerator with an inferior model at pick-up time? Keep your eyes open & don't accept the substitution. Manager at Ellice in Winnipeg was eventually able to locate the one & only remaining fridge, so we went home happy. But what about the poor soul who'd bought & paid for the same fridge?
