Sell non existing shares, paying money to fraudulent companies who offer to buy shares back New York Internet

I was approached by Carlton Global to buy shares in Global Resource Technologies Inc. After doing so and over a period of two years all attempts to sell the shares failed. Eventually contacted by McMillan Consutling who said they are busy with a hostile take over of Global resource technology and want to purchase as much shares as possible in order to gain majority share holding. McMillan Consulting offered slightly inflated sell price and provided a bank account in the name Cornerstone International Ltd for funds to be transfered. After funds were transfered all contact with the companies was lost, telephone number became non existent almost as if they had dissapeared of the face of the earth.
