I submitted a complaint about the amount of water Aqua Texas says we use. After talking with neighbors who have the same concerns, we were told that they, like us, call to complain and it appears that Aqua Texas penalizes customers who complain because the next month's bill will reflect even higher usage. That's been the pattern every time we contact them. A house down the street caught fire this week and burned completely. The fire department told us directly that the fire hydrants had so little water pressure it was impossible to timely contain the fire. How long can this company be allowed to get away with the way they do business?
