DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Merwin Coad and Vanemer Wealth, LLC. Merwin Coad is a seasoned ripoff artist.in May of I purchased a gutted out rowhouse from Merwin Coad for $65,400. With a purchase contract stating that the rowhouse would be rehabbed in sixty days. This never happened. Merwin Coad walked away with all my money and left me with a gutted out rowhouse.
Merwin Coad's partner in all of this scam is Shams Khan. Shams Khan is also working as VP of Operations for a company called Creative Investment Concept, LLC in conjuction with Doyl Coad, a relative of Merwin Coad. They are all in this together.
Merwin Coad's latest scam is "My 10 Minute Biz." Do not be lulled into a false sense of security by Merwin Coad's contracts and guarantees. They are not worth the paper that they are written on. This scam deal has cost me an additional $10,000. To try to hold onto the property. All total, I have lost over $75,000. On this ripoff deal.
Don't just take my word for this. Do your homework. There is enough out there on the internet to give you insight into the workings of Merwin Coad. Had I done any research, I would never have given Merwin Coad a dime of my money. Merwin Coad has been ripping people off for years under phony corporations and phony addresses.
