I think Startec clearly ignores their customer's request to cancel their account. I opened an account with them a few years ago and he has not been using it for a while. My wife and I requested to cancel our service with Startec account several times, but the company keep sending us a bill for $12.53 per month. I called the company many times and asked to talk to the manger or the superviser, but the customer service rep refused to transfer me and said, if my I fax them a signed letter and the copy of my driver's license, they will cancel it which I did immediately. However, I received another bill today. I believe Startec company purposely ignores my cancellation request and keep ripping me off.
