Startec prepaid calling international
I was given a non working access number and PIN code.
I tried calling customer service several times but couldn't get through.
So I tried to chat on line with customer service but I was given the run around.
I should have read all the negative reviews first before I signed up with them.
I had asked to credit my acct. And never got a reply.
