My husband received a prize letter in the mail. The check was for 3980.00 from Atlantics State Cast Iron Pipe Co. He called Michael Quest and was told to deposit the check and then he was instructed to call him back once the check was deposited, then he would be futher instructed as to how to receive the prize money. At this point in our lives this would have been a miracle instead it is a scam. It is not fair to play with people's emotions like this in such hard economic times.
