Had account with them 3 yrs ago that was billed monthly on a credit card. Had a flood that destroyed house 18 months into the standard 24 mo contract. Had to pay all kinds of early cancellation
fees & go thru all manner of difficulties to get their "equipment" bk to them. They would not come get it, you have to box it up take it to fed-ex & ship it bk to them... 3 years later new property owner
(at old address) starts service on pay per mo plan-they REACTIVATE the charge on my credit card billing me for the service in ADDITION to collecting from the new guy. Took 3 months and my
credit card company to get my letter saying they were going to refund the charges. I do not know one single customer who has been happy w/these people & I have lived in several rural areas where cable is non-existent.
