Bought in april. Started having problems with bottom freezer in july. Called warranty service first appointment wasjuly 12. Flipped a gasket. Second appt. July 26. Nothing. Third, august 2, new rails. Next, august 20, cant fix. Then, fifth time, sept. 9th, 6th, sept. 23, can;t fix. 7th visit was scheduled for today. They just called and cancelled. Obviously they sild me a lemon.insurance is useless. I have taken off work twice to wait for them because they're time frame is between 8 and 5. They cant fix it but wont replace it. I cant use it because its full of frost. Unbelievable.
