If your drivers are too lazy to climb the stairs and instead just leave the package at the leasing office and sign for it themselves (T. Tracy), then get new employees! How dare he sign for it himself! We stayed home all day and had to get the manager to open the office after hours.
The management said that FedEx will sign for packages themselves. Bring it to the address it was sent to, or hire people who are not lazy and do not mind doing their job! 3/5. We will try our best to use only UPS from now on.
