I Placed a order online through this company on 5/24. They first send me a tracking number that never reached me because the tracking showed Your item was returned to the sender on May 27 because of an incorrect address. I did not provide a incorrect address, therefore this was caused by the company. Then after I contacted them they stated We will resend your order immediately, and check into the problem of the address on the original package. Sorry for any inconvenience. Talon Depot Team Then on 5/31 I received the new shipment and my order was not complete. It was missing two items. After I sent them a e-mail they contacted me via phone apologizing because the two items I was missing was on back order and stated as soon as they arrived in they would ship them to me. Then on 7/21 they sent me the following to a reply I had sent them since I never received the two missing items. Our apology.
We have just received our shipment of the small ashtrays and can now send the two 5" missing ashtrays if you wish. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please let us know if we should send the two ashtrays immediately.By the way, we still have not received the original package returned to us.
As far as their response as they have not received the original package they wrongly addressed, they should file an inquiry with the shipping carrier they shipped it through. That is something caused by the company and not me. They are the ones who wrongly addressed it. The tracking did show it was going back to Talon so I do not believe they never received it. It is now 10/14 and i have not received my missing items nor have I received a refund for the missing two items.
Since I had nothing but problems from the first shipment on, I believe this company fully deceived me in order to keep my money for product I never received.
I'd also like to add that the part of my order I did receive is not worth the prices. Products are cheaply made.
