I was contacted by Susan Moore from Dennison Lending, saying that I was qualified for a $7000USD loan. She informed me that I needed to send a collateral payment of $980.00 and it would be put towards my loan after 6 months of payment at $166.00USD. After I sent the payment, she informed me that the money should be in my account within four to six hours. When the funds didn’t show up, I called back and she informed me that I would have to call a Kevin Small. So I called Kevin and he mentioned that I would have to make another payment of $980.00 due to bad credit score, and when I still didn’t receive the funds I called back and was told it was stuck in the national reserve since it was a weekend. The following Monday when I still hadn't received the loan funds, I called Kevin back and he told me that I needed to make another payment of $600.00 for taxes since it was coming from the US to Canada. After I sent all the money they claimed that I hadn't received the funds because I may have needed special instructions from my bank. After talking with my bank, I called Kevin back and gave him the correct information and was told that the money should be in my account within 3 business days. And it has yet to arrive, and when I called to figure out why I was told by Susan that all my money was to be refunded to me by November 10th. Since that phone call I have been unable to contact anyone at Dennison Lending.
