Still Water Equity Group call me on my phone Dec 9 I talk to a Kevin C. Burke, he had told me I got my loan for 5,000.00 though a Tammy Bates, I was told that I would need 903.36 cause I didn't have enough credit, and then he told me that the loan was for two years at 225.84 a month do on the first but could change it to the 10th of the month.
Kevin then fax me my loan agreement, I got that on Dec 11 at 1:20 pm though my work, I read over what was on the agreement I was told that I could make four payments of 225.84 for four months to cover the 903.36, when I fax the papers to Kevin, I fax them on the 13th of Dec the next day was a Monday and when I got home after 2 I call Kevin to see if he got my fax.
Kevin said yes he did and ask me when I could have the 903.36 I told him that the agreement said I could make payments and then on May 1 I would make my first payment of the loan, he said that they needed the money up front, if I didn't have the full amount it was ok they would work with me on this, I had until Dec 23rd to get the money to him.
My roommate Lila Stone called him on the 23rd and got the Western Union number and who and where to sent the 440.00 dallors too, the name is Tammy Bates Norph York Ontario Canada I was to use Money in Minutes, after I sent the money I was to call Kevin and I did.
I gave him the money transfer control number and gave him hte name of the person and where I sent the money, he said that the 5,000.00 would go into my checking Account and he has that number, it would be in there on the 24 or that Monday, will I waited for the money and I never got it.
I called Kevin three times and he was not in I have been trying everyday to get a hold of him and now the number is out of Service and am out of 440.00 and now am going to lose my home thanks to Kevin, please help me what can I do to keep this from happening to others and how do I get my money back.
