Hardwood floor buckled and salesman's 20-year warranty claim denied

We bought a floor from this company hardwood flooring we paid a lot of money for flooring the salesman told it carried 20 yr warranty well the floor is starting to come in the middle it has a big buckle when I contacted them they said oh it is only a one year warranty how convenient since we purchased it in 10/12/09 i asked twice for a supervisor twice wasn't in the building asked for somebody but she stated they are on their own
