I was purchasing a service from Us Financial Resource had given my account information advise that the customer service rep. Would be connecting me with is supervisor to confirm the membership. Immediately the supervisor began to up sale me not confirm the original sale. I clearly told him I did not want or need the service from Family Safe Life because I sell a similar product he advise me that it would not cost any more than the original 3.95 from US Financial Resource, that I had already authorized I told him I did not need or want the service again he said okay and continue giving me information about the service I hung up on him and a few minutes later I check my account and saw both memberships fees had been withdrawn from my bank account. Please help me with this problem.
