The ad is misleading to begin with. It says if you are not happy send the empty container back and you will be refunded. Well, they tell you something different when you call to return the containers. I am from the south and the person I spoke to had a deep northern accent. I wrote a couple of #'s down wrong and it was returned to me. I immediatly called them and rewrote the #'s and shipped it back. I then called them and gave them the tracking #'s. They charged my account anyway and was rude when I told them I was told when I called back to get the correct information that my account would not be charged. I told Erica at ext 65 that I had mailed it once and I must have misunderstood the information. She said well I find that hard to believe because it was xxx (the girls name) and she speaks very good English. I run a business and if any of my employee's spoke to a customer like that they would be looking for another job.
