I help my elderly, slightly deaf grandmother with all of her banking & bill paying, so while going over her accounts on 10/8 I noticed a check for $ 397.68 (not a check she wrote) one that was automatically drawn from her account to Protek ID. I called & asked Grandma about this & she said she did get a call from the bank the other day but wasn't able to tell me much more, other than NO money was ever discussed or authorized to be taken from her account. So now we are going to close her accounts & try to get her monies back.
