Exact same thing just happened to me that happened to Chris22-exact same amount, company, everything. There was a pre-authorized check (no signature required) made out to ProTek ID for $389. The check had my old address on it from 2 years ago! I have opened up a fraud inquiry with my bank and they are looking into it.
