Louis Capra is a ripoff I have lived in there property on Sun Valley Terrace for only 5mnts. Since I have moved in I have had to call maintaince several times, for the same problem.
If your looking to rent from them dont i was evicted along with several people for breaking rules and regulations. This landlord is raciest and doesnt like blacks. HAve you ever heard a landlord say if you saw several black people in a parking lot what would you think, well his answer was there selling drugs or there breaking in.
Well if you've ever seen Sun Valley you would know its not the best area, and its occupied by several blacks, and another problem i ran into with them is they like to tell every tennent your business.
Stay far away if your black or dating someone of that color cause i guarantee you'll have problems
