Wanted to start website for small business. Site grounds page said free domain name, 30 money back guarantee, and it would be a special promo of 3.95 a month. Gave the my information to buy the 3.95 for one month. But they charged me 95 dollars. Tried to cancel and after a heated chat discussion because you cant get them on the phone i was able to get 80 dollars back. They charged me 15 dollars for the domain name even though it boldly said it was free. And because i canceled i cant even use the domain name because it is only for their hosting sites. But again i remind you it said free domain name and 30 day money back quarantee on the first page of the web site.
