I have absolutely No idea what this company is or how they gained the authority to deduct 24.95 per month. I have a large amount of transactions that go through my checking account and I missed the deduction the first month. When it came through my bank account the first time it was a day before my Social Security check automatically deposits. Because it presented when my funds were low, I was struck with an overdraft charge of 37.00 in addition to the 24.95 which seems to be a regular monthly amount they take out. I went to an internet address www.stopprogram.com and filled out the form completely. The site explained that they would refund payments taken out and I thought the matter had been settled. It, apparently, has not. They deducted the same 24.95 from my bank using my checking account number and I was (again) given an overdraft charge of 37.00! I have yet another pending transaction that will take another 24.95 from my bank on October the 8th... Two days from now! I am frantic and have no idea how to stop this robbery. I am disabled and only recieve just over 650.00 per month, total. I simply cannot afford to have my checking account robbed of these deductions every month... Especially since they are not of some service or item that I have EVER ordered. I am frightened and have no idea what to do!
