This company (s) offer a free trial for their diet formula including acai berry. You pay 6.95 for the shipping and handling. It is a 30 supply. After trial period they bill me for extra 3 bottles of same product but was never delivered i saw on my account was charged 149.90 i called and asked why i was charged and they advised they shipped 3 extra bottle of Acai Fuel, i told them i never recieved the product and they advise was delivered via upsc and on ther tracking record was delivered so i asked them to check who sign for the recieving and representative tell me its your duty not us, i told him you sent to me you have to check and he was no we charged you and supplied if its not delievred its you who should check that i asked for the supervisor and insteat of helping he also checked same tracking number and said was its delivered and charged to you account we will not refund you until you sent the product back. I told him to cancel my memebership cause they are fruad
If a compny is selling its product they will make sure the clients gets best service but instead they ask us to take care and they recieved there money
I have called my bank and asked to stop any extra charges and luckily i didnt had enough money in my account so charge for 149.90 was reversed.
Please be careful with this company.
