We called to have locks changed on front and back door. The back lock works fine, but the front door could not be locked from the inside, only the outside after 3 weeks. I called the company again and asked them to come fix the lock again, but they said employee who did work no longer worked for them and they weren't responsible. AND if they did come out, they would have to charge me again. Called and tried to get them out and they hung up on me. Called again and receptionist also hung up on me. Waited another 10 days, and had to call another locksmith and had to pay $108. Locksmith showed me lock, stating it was inferior and his company doesn't use foreign locks. I feel A-1 should reimburse me for the $108. Help!!
