Eally chuffed to find a pair of ugg boots for a bargain price but of course too good to be true. After no delivery of boots kept sending e mails with no help after waiting 3 weeks recieved a letter to explain they had been seized by the uk border agency for counterfeit goods. So im out of pocket and been totally ripped off with no hope of getting any money back! Has any one been refunded?
