Ordered a pair of boots, had my tracking number but no confirmation email about my order. They took more money than they should have, had no boots so went to the bank and got my money back only to recieve a letter from uk border agency saying they have detained my boots and they are to be destroyed because they are counterfeit and they have had someone from ugg to examine them to confirm this!!
