My first one broke the first month of use, it just would not turn on at all. My second one stopped making steam after about 8 months. They said the heating element must be dead, which cannot be fixed. Luckily, I was still under the 1 year warranty and am now waiting for my 3rd one. Customer service was fine, and they will replace for a dollar plus tax. I hope this one won't break so soon, as the 1-year warranty is almost up. This steam mop has been designed in a way that it cannot be fixed if it breaks, so once the warranty is up, just hope for the best. I find it easy to use as you dont need a mop bucket, and wish it would not break.
