I ordered a 40" LCD tv from this company on 8/2/08. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to ship so I waited. And waited. At the 3.5 week mark I called them only to get transferred 4 times over the course of an hour. Each person asked my name and order number then said, "hold on". Eventually I got disconnected from the call. One lady I got transferred to twice even. I tried to email their sales department 3 times and only got a response when I said I would file a report with the Better Business Bureau. Then, the email only told me to call the 800 number.
I called today on 9/15/08 to cancel the order and once again I got transferred and put on hold and disconnected. My credit card never got charged for the purchase and if by some miracle it ends up getting shipped (though I doubt that will happen), I will just refuse shipment.
