I ordered a total of 5 bows on July 9th. I called and emailed several times. I finally got someone on email and she asked me to send her my invoices via email again as they had misplaced my order. I heard nothing for weeks so I called and got a girl that said she had never heard of an order taking this long, and she would personally look into it and email me back. That was 2 weeks ago! Now there 800 number says they will be of through the 22nd of august. I called again and the message is still on there. I am so disappointed! Especially the donation to breast cancer seeing as how
