Contact your bank or credit card company. I ordered from this website considering it looked legit-which turned out to be a scam. The money was taken from my credit card but I never received my items. I emailed them several times, called their toll free number, left voicemails-they failed to make any attempts to return my calls or concerns and a week later their toll free number was disconnected. Finally I was pissed off from being ignored and not receiving any responses from them so I called my credit card company-they then followed up on it and started a investigation. They will be refunding my credit card for the money I spent from this so called company. The website is now suspended, they had two websites selling similiar products. Total scam and i'm a bit upset considering in the confirmation email from the order, they mentioned that a percentage of the money will be going towards a cancer patient. Horrible and heartless.
