With great regret I am writing this message to report about Two Chinese fraud suppliers of water purification material ie

The address is - Jiajinkou Town Gongyi City Henan Province, and the email is [email protected], [email protected]. Name of the employee is Marisa aka Athena Cao and Andrea Zhao. The name of the Holding company which handles the Financial transactions is 1. Beneficiary: d. F international holdings (h. K) co., limited

claiming to be a manufacturer since last 20 years but actually has an office in a basement of a shady building, of an area of 100 Sq feet with two employees who will sit 20 hours a day on Alibaba, (I also feel that Alibaba is also responsible because without any checks they give the status of Gold supplier after receiving membership fees) and Cheating Exporters from world over and have no factory.
I was Cheated of USD 15,648 which was the amount paid to D. F international holdings (h. K) CO., LIMITED, for 1 FCL water purification chemical, We received a sample from them and after approving the sample we placed the order and payment terms were 30 % advance and balance against copy of B/L. But the material we got was not what we ordered, infact the quality is so inferior that its monetary value is Zero. My total loss is an addition of USD 5000 which includes port charges, ware house charges and all the import duties. So the. Total loss is USD 20,648.
Company 2- The second supplier is also from Gongyi, the name is Gongyi Songshan Filtration Material Activated Carbon Factory. And the sister concern handling the financials is Risson International Ltd. (h. K) The contact details are as follows

All the photos in the websites are fake.
My experience was like this. The company caims to be in the business since the last 20 years, I ordered one 40 feet container of Water purification material and paid 30% advance of USD 7500 and the balance was to be paid against copy of B/l, after receiving the advance the company demanded the balance before shipment I found something fishy and visited there factory, Basicly they dont have any factory only packing and they are not equipped to suuply the quality that they claim to manufacture, They still have all my balance and have not sent me any material, its been more then 3 months since the date of delivery. They are cheaters and are not interested in any of the solutions that I provide.
I suggest all importers to take the service of 3rd party inspection before the delivery and also after the delivery. And make sure that payment is only against L/c after the approval of the third party inspection. Because if you give advance then the exporter will increase his price after recieveing your advance and take you for a ride.
