I too responded to a FB advert to a free trial and in due course received 2 different bottles of something that I'm not even sure works or how to use it. Within 14 days I got charged but as I had a family crisis I didn't notice the charges and they just continued. I was overseas and when I got back there was a second lot of both sent to me. I immediately checked my visa account and found over USD$400.00 charged to my card and I wrote to Juvenue giving them a week to pay me back but heard nothing. I've spoken to my bank and they are cancelling my card but not before Juvenue managed to charg a further USD$89 to me. I have written to them 4 times and tried to get a phone number wioth no luck. I even tried sending an email via "[email protected]" as per there privacy details but it bounced back! My bank the CBA said they would look into a possible fraud case but I don't hold much hope!
