The offer made on Google under the subject line was "Jevenue - free trial available". The requirement to receive goods was that a credit card number be supplied to cover postage. Providing the information in good faith, I was surprised by a subsequent VISA card entry (processed on 26 September) for a $US84.71 or $NZ112.23 (incl. Conversion charges).
No cost price was stated. This is contrary to contract law. For a contract to be enforced there must be "consideration" or price. Subsequently I contacted the company laying out my complaint, but no response has been forthcoming. I intend to apply to have the VISA entry cancelled.
