I ordered a SAMPLE of the Juveneu anti wrinkle serum from an advertisement on my Yahoo home page. The total cost was $1-99 US ($2-45 NZ) for the postage, which I paid by Visa on the 5th September. I had been informed in the advertisement that if I was not satisfied with the product, I could return it within 30 days. You can imagine my disbelief when I discovered that, after a week from receiving the SAMPLE, on the 19th September a deduction of $105-85 NZ ($84-71 US) was made from my Visa account by Juveneu for this same product which, even if I had wanted to buy it, I had not been given enough time to trial it. I am an aged beneficiary and frankly I cannot afford to lose this amount of money and certainly not on such frivolity. I have contacted my Bank and they advised me to close my Visa account which I have done. My only hope is that someone who reads this will learn from my unfortunate mistake. At least some good would then have come out of my misfortune.
