I applied for a free sample, postage only. I then noticed that the postage charge of £2.58.
Then I saw that £57.33 had been taken from my account on Oct 11. I immediately cancelled my debit card and ordered another.
I informed the fraud unit of my ban, Natwest, and that in the first instance I should write to Jevenue, which I did on Oct 28. No response. I now have a form to complete for the bank.
