I bought something from drugstore.com in jun. Upon confirmation of purchase, I was sent an email with a $10 coupon to click on to save for my next purchase. Without realising any scam in this email, I click on it and apparently, this will automatically sent your account information to enrol into shoppers discount which will then automatically deduct usd12 from yr credit card every month. I did not realise until now (14 mths later). I try to call up shoppers discount at the toll free no.indicated in their website to cancel and ask for a full refund. However, the no. Can never get through. I have file a complaint to my credit card company for this fraud and pending for the investigation to come through. I cross my fingers to get a refund on this unauthorized transactions. If I fail to get any money back, I hope this complaint will serve as a warning to all victims out there to be careful in future of any online shopping with drugstore.com
